As of 13 December 2024, the European Union’s new General Product Safety Regulation is in effect.  One new requirement is that every product that is sold in the E.U. is now required to list a point of contact within the E.U. to provide documents and respond to inquiries.

For small businesses and independent artists and artisans in the U.S., U.K., or anywhere else outside the E.U., this requirement can be incredibly difficult to meet.

As a small business that’s already based in the E.U., we want to help.

For a small monthly subscription fee to help cover our expenses, we can be your point of contact, allowing you to continue to import and sell your wares to customers in all 27 countries of the European Union.

In order to keep things as affordable as possible, we offer three tiers:*

• Small Business
  fewer than 50 people and less than €5,000,000 in total revenue
• Micro Business
  fewer than 10 people and less than €250,000 in total revenue
• Independent Artists or Artisans
  small team of up to three people selling items they make themselves

The initial payment includes a small registration fee as well as the first month of service.  The amount of time it will take before we are able to begin representing you depends largely on how quickly you provide the necessary documents.  If you have all of the documents ready to go, it is possible to complete the registration process and begin representation in as little as 1 business day.
