E.U. GPSR Responsible Person Service Agreement

By creating an account and registering for this service, you agree to be bound by the agreement terms below. Every field must be filled and every line must be accepted with a checkmark in order to continue registration for the service.

1. This legally binding agreement exists between the Agent (Corvo Cattivo S.r.l. of Milan, Italy) and the Seller:

This is the legal name of you or your business. Please also list the city, state, and or country where you're registered.

2. The Agent does not and cannot provide legal advice or services. This agreement and any related discourse does not constitute legal advice of any kind.

In short, we're not lawyers, so we are not allowed to give you any legal advice.

3. The Seller is solely responsible for providing any and all documentation necessary to comply with any and all European Union General Product Safety Regulations. Documents must be provided in English and must be uploaded to the document portal. The Seller is solely responsible for updating and revising these documents as required.

You are responsible for uploading the necessary documentation in English. You will be responsible for any fines resulting from missing or incomplete documentation.

4. The Seller is permitted to use the Agent's contact details to satisfy any "responsible person" requirements of the E.U. GPSR. The Agent will act as an intermediary with the relevant European authorities, and will comply with any and all requirements for the "responsible person" under the E.U. GPSR.

We will be your point of contact within the E.U. and we will also carry out the necessary reporting and notification responsibilities that the GPSR requires.

5. The Seller agrees to maintain an active and continuous subscription to ensure compliance with the E.U. GPSR. Any lapse in payment will automatically suspend this agreement until all missed payments have been paid in full and the subscription has been restored. If a payment becomes more than 60 days past due, this agreement will terminate.

We are taking on very real legal responsibility for your products within the E.U. This is a long-term legal liability for us, so this helps to protect us from potential abuse.

6. The Seller, in good standing, may cancel the service at any time. This agreement will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Once terminated, the Seller may no longer provide the Agent's contact information on any products, and the Agent will notify any relevant authorities of the end of the agreement.

As long as you aren't behind, you can cancel at any time and we'll continue to provide our services for the rest of the month that you'd already paid for.

7. The Seller is solely responsible for any and all fees, fines, or expenses related to or resulting from products that they've sold within the Eurpean Economic Area (EEA) or Northern Ireland. While the Agent will help to facilitate any such payments, the Seller is responsible for any related transaction fees (e.g. wire transfer, currency conversion, etc.) necessary to remit any such payments.

You are financially liable for your products. While we will help facilitate the payment of any fines, fees, or expenses, you will be responsible for paying the full amount, including bank fees.

8. Registration and subscription fees are non-refundable

9. Upon completion of the registration and receipt of the initial payment, the Seller is authorized to affix the contact information listed on the "GPSR Contact" page of this website to any relevant products.

We have revised our process and can now accept this form as an electronic signature.
